Privacy
The short version: this website does not track you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, shows no ads, and loads nothing from other companies' servers — even the fonts are served from here. The only personal data I handle is what you choose to send me when you get in touch.
Who is responsible
IHERO Media is run by [your full name], [business address — TODO], Malta. Write to hello@iheromedia.com about anything on this page.
What I collect, and why
- When you contact me by WhatsApp, phone, email or the contact form: your name, number or email address, your business name if you give it, and whatever you write. I use it to reply, prepare a quote, and — if we work together — to deliver the project and invoice you.
- Nothing else. Browsing this site does not create a record about you on my side.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and then performing that contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), plus legal obligations such as keeping invoices (Article 6(1)(c)).
Who else is involved
- WhatsApp (Meta). If you message me on WhatsApp, Meta processes that conversation under its own privacy policy.
- Resend. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to my inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. It processes them only to deliver them.
- Web hosting. The server that delivers this site keeps short-lived technical logs, including IP addresses, to keep it running and secure. When you use the contact form, your IP address is also kept for about an hour to stop anyone flooding the form, then deleted automatically.
I do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into a project are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as Maltese tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete what I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Email hello@iheromedia.com and I will reply within a month. If you are unhappy with the answer, you can complain to Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner at idpc.org.mt.
